Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of item receipt. During this period, you can request a return.

 

To qualify for a return, ensure the item remains in its original condition and packaging. Also, have the receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

 

To initiate a return, reach out to us , detailing the reason for the return.

 

Upon approval of your return, we'll provide the return address. Keep in mind that you're responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues:

Examine your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged, promptly inform us to address the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items like perishables, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. For specifics on your item, reach out to us.

 

Regrettably, returns aren't accepted for sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

For a swift exchange, initiate a return and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling off period is applicable, during which you can cancel or return your order. The conditions are the same as our standard policy.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding refund approval. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time by your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since return approval, contact us.
